Humana Medicare Advantage members in the Memphis now have access to Methodist Healthcare, credit goes to a new contract between the health system and health and well-being leader Humana Inc.
The new network agreements, which took effect on the day of January 1, 2017, involve Humana Medicare Advantage members.

The coverage involves all Methodist Healthcare adult hospitals.
“Our new contract gives our Medicare Advantage members in Memphis with access to Methodist Healthcare’s network of respected health care providers and facilities,” stated Doug Haaland, regional president at Humana. “Expanding our network to involve Methodist Healthcare offers our Medicare Advantage members a powerful provider network and is key to our continued growth in the market.”
