The Ensign Group Inc., the parent company of the Ensign™ group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, hospice care, home health care and assisted living companies, declared today that on the day of March 1, 2017, a subsidiary of Cornerstone Healthcare, Inc., Ensign’s home health and hospice portfolio company, achieved the Hospice of the Pines, a provider serving Sedona, Prescott, Dewey, Cottonwood and other communities across Yavapai County, Arizona.

Mr. Walker assured that Cornerstone is actively seeking extra opportunities to achieve both well-performing and struggling home health, hospice, and home care operations across the US.
Mr. Christensen affirmed that he hopes the operations to be accretive to earnings in the year of 2017.
